Question:
Why do black people take so long at cash machines / in shopping queues, etc?

Get over yourself, this is not meant to be a racist question. I've just found that in my experience of living in London, any queue that I'm standing in will ALWAYS without fail be delayed by a black person. It's got so obvious that I now find myself switching queues if I see a member of the African community ahead of me.
Why is this?

It's probably because you are a cracker and when you are around non-whites you are frightened and therefore time appears to pass more slowly.

It may not be meant to be a racist question, but you need to wake up and admit that you are a racist. There is no basis in your false assumption: all races have some people who take long at the ATM and some who do not. It's similar to when you're driving and you start noticing a lot of people driving the same car as you. It's not that there are more of your kind of cars on the road, it's just that you notice it more. You have made up your mind, because you are a racist, to notice every time an African-American takes long at the ATM; therefore, every time a person of that race does, you decide it's because of their skin color. It's sad that there are people like you in the world.

What method did you use to arrive at this conclusion? Did you stand there with a stopwatch measuring the time per transaction of people of different races? How did you account for transactions that were different (i.e. deposits vs. withdrawals)? Did you find an optimal transaction time? What statistical techniques did you use to compare the means?

If you don't want to come across as racist, maybe you should give us more details on your research.

It is a racist question because you are limiting it to one particular race. If this is how you feel, it's how you feel. However, it's racist to me. And offensive - and I'm white and live in America.

It sure sounds like a racist question, and a dumb one at that. Don't you have bigger problems?

Hmmm dont know.........the same could be said about every other race. All tend to hold up lines.
