I used to talk about different experiences I had. Everything from the "culture" I was brought up in, to the experiences I've had. Although I was getting a decent amount of views on my blogs, I wasn't getting any comments. I'm really more concerned with comments, because I want to know that my "audience" is engaged in the material and participating actively. Tonight/this morning was the first blog I made in five months. This time, I've decided to describe the things in life that bring me happiness and doing it in great detail. I've decided to take a more poetic and descriptive approach rather than being direct. So far, I've only typed one blog in my new "blog series", but it's pretty early in the morning right now, and so far it has one view. This time, I've pulled out all the stops, highlighting certain words in certain colors to help the reader visualize what I'm talking about. I also plan on carefully editing each blog I put out, to make sure that it has the effect and purpose I'm hoping for. What do you think will be the results? If you have any ideas as to how I can compel others to get involved in a conversation, then I'd be happy to hear it.

Blog readership snowballs as content increases. You must blog consistently, 2-3 posts a week, every week and give people not only a body of work to dig through, but also.something to look forward to reading on a regular basis. Patience and constant content generation is your friend. Use tags liberally.

Add your blog link to your email signature.

Join several forums and add your blog link to your tagline.

It could be a question of exposure. How many people are being led to your blog? That's probably the important question.

I'm curious. It sounds interesting. Could you share a link to the blog?
