What is the worst thing you have done out of anger?

Opened up my big, stupid yapper and said things that emotionally devestated the other person. Physical abuse is one thing, but emotional abuse is probably the worst thing I can think of doing to somebody else, especially if you do it KNOWINGLY.

The worst thing that I have ever done out of anger is that I took it out on someone else or the object of my anger. What I should have done, in those cases, is to look at why I was so angered and adjusted my life to prevent that kind of frustration in the future.

Stabbed someone in a blackout rage... nearly got charged with murder had his gardian angel not been looking out for the two of us...
